Here’s how they work:

Stage 1- Sediment Filter

This is where it all begins. Incoming water is run through this filter to remove tiny particles from your water like rust, silt, dirt, and even insect parts. This helps assure that the water you receive is free of these contaminants and won’t clog dishwashers, ice makers, and even pores in your shower heads and faucets.

Stage 2- Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter

The second filter your water passes through is a GAC filter. The carbon in this filter adsorbs hundreds of chemical-based contaminants including chlorine, pesticides, volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), industrial chemicals, lead, mercury, and benzene. These contaminants stick to the carbon media and leave your water free of high concentrations of chemicals harmful to your health.

Stage 3 – SoftGuard Water Softener
This filter uses a salt-free conditioning process to reduce scale buildup caused by calcium and magnesium—without adding sodium to your water. Unlike traditional softeners, it doesn't require salt, electricity, or backflushing, making it low-maintenance and ideal for extending the life of plumbing, appliances, and fixtures.

Stage 4 – Carbon Block Filter
The finishing touch. This 5-micron carbon block filter eliminates remaining tastes, odors, and discoloration caused by chlorine, chloramine, sulfur (responsible for the rotten egg smell), and trihalomethanes—harmful byproducts of water disinfection. The result is clear, fresh-smelling water that looks and feels clean.

The NU Aqua 3 Stage Whole House system offers industrial-grade components, from the filter housing to the mounting brackets and all connections. With high capacity, 20” cartridges in each filter housing you’ll be able to filter thousands of gallons of water without fouling. When it’s time to change filters, it’s a simple as taking off the filter housing, slipping in the replacement cartridge, and putting the housing back on.

Upon installation, the customer will be entering in a one year agreement to rent this product for the monthly fee of $129.95.  The agreement is automatically renewed each year unless the customer gives a 30 day written or emailed notice and schedule of removal of this system.

This agreement includes:

• Free Installation
• 6 month check up, water test and pre-filter change
• 12 month check up, water test, pre-filter change and RO membrane change.

If the unit has a manufactures defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.  If the Customer damages this unit, the customer will be responsible to pay for replacement parts and repairs, starting at $50 for each additional service.  

If the lease agreement is terminated by the customer before the one year agreement is fulfilled the early termination fee is $50 in addition to 50% of the remaining balanced owed for the agreed-upon term.

This initial payment of $129.95 to schedule the installation will credited to the first months rental fee.  

Before the installation is executed, the customer will be required to enter into a subscription agreement in order to automate the monthly rental fee payment.  

The first subscription payment will be scheduled to be paid one month after the scheduled installation.
